Majsoul Big Helper Android Installation Guide

Follow these steps to finish APK installation, import the certificate, and configure accessibility so auto-play works on your phone.

Step 1: Download and install the APK

When downloading the latest APK from the site or community groups, your browser or Android may flag it as an unknown source. Choose to download/keep it anyway, then open it from the browser downloads. On first install, allow ‘Install unknown apps’ when prompted and continue.

  • Chrome: tap the three dots → Downloads → select the APK → choose Install.
  • If Android blocks it, go to Settings → Security → Install unknown apps and allow your browser.
  • After installation, don’t launch the app yet; the next step copies the certificate.

Step 2: Copy the certificate on first launch

On the first launch, the app asks to copy a certificate into your downloads folder—choose Copy to downloads. If you skipped it, reopen Big Helper’s Settings → Certificate Management to copy again.

  • Confirm the dialog shows the certificate saved to Download/ or 下载/.
  • After copying, you should see bighelper.cer (or similar) in the file manager’s downloads folder.
  • If the file is missing, uninstall and reinstall, then choose Copy during the first launch.

Step 3: Install the system CA certificate

Open Android Settings, search for ‘CA certificate’ or ‘user credentials’, and choose Install certificate from storage. In the file picker, tap the menu (three lines or dots), switch to Downloads, then pick the bighelper certificate to install it.

  • Example path: Settings → Security → Encryption & credentials → Install a certificate from storage.
  • If you use the stock file manager, be sure to view internal storage and open the Download/Downloads folder.
  • After installation, the BigHelper entry should appear in the User certificates list.

Step 4: Enable accessibility permissions

Auto play relies on Android accessibility services. Open Settings, search for Accessibility, find ‘Majsoul Big Helper’ under installed services, enable it, and confirm the prompt.

  • Common path: Settings → Accessibility → Installed services → Majsoul Big Helper.
  • After enabling, restart the app once to keep the accessibility service active.
  • If Android keeps disabling it, allow background activity in battery settings.

Step 5: Log in and test the features

After launching Big Helper and logging in, choose the 3-player or 4-player model in settings. Before enabling auto play, start Majsoul on your phone to confirm matches run, then tap Start automation in Big Helper and check for the ‘Connected’ status.

  • If you see certificate errors, reinstall the certificate or reboot and try again.
  • If auto play doesn’t respond, make sure the accessibility permission remains enabled.
